The Swensons drop cousin Suzanne off. Everyone gets in the pool. Suzanne and Caitlin ride to Taco Bell. They later complain about how I wouldn’t drive them and wouldn’t pay for them. After I take the other kids for ice cream. They complain, afraid that they’re missing some fun at home. Then Suzanne and Caitlin complain because I refused to take them out, just to be mean. I feel like complaining a bit myself. I withdraw and read. To my ears, everyone plays with joyful cousinliness.
