Another nice driving day with our pretty darn good kids. Rain to Great Falls. Sharon reads conference talks. Clouds make Great Falls to the border tolerable. For my first time ever, we stop in Coutts, to play on the playground and wonder what on earth people do around here. Spence leaves a special kind of pine cone.
Next we take a detour through Raymond and Cardston, and talk about southern Alberta Mormons and Mum’s relatives. We stop at Head-Smashed-In, which was good. On the overlook Spence tumbles off a boulder, just to enter the spirit of things. The kids—Caitlin —weren’t too up on the interpretive centre. I looked carefully anyway. Nice ride into Calgary.
