After huge delays we take off for Logan for Sharon’s marathon. The traffic’s okay and all is peaceful. The Beatles accompany. We get there in the dark. Sharon drops Sarah off, and then goes to her hotel to think about and get ready for her race. We have a nice enough time at the Turley’s. I contemplate their carpet, and the things Matty’s eating off of it. The kids watch To Kill a Mockingbird. I follow Matt around until he finally drops at 11:45. Good sleeps all around.
